Early access

Accounts
Interviewer accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Candidates join through a link and don't need an account.
Your responsibilities
- If you're an interviewer, you need a lawful basis to process your candidates' data with Hire Pad, and you must tell them the session is recorded (Hire Pad shows them a notice before they join). See the privacy policy.
- Don't use Hire Pad for anything unlawful or to discriminate unlawfully in hiring.
- Don't run code meant to attack, probe, or escape the sandbox, mine cryptocurrency, or harm others, and don't try to get around rate limits or access controls.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you put into Hire Pad: questions, code, drawings, and notes. You let us store and process it only to provide the service. It's deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. You can stop using Hire Pad at any time and ask us to close your account.
